Stylish Christmas Baubles
I had some Silver embossed Christmas baubles left from my earlier Christmas cards. With an aquapainter I colored them in with Blueberry Bushel and Seaside Spray ink. The top of the baubles were colored with Mango Melody ink. I used one of the Gleaming Ornaments Punches to punch out the baubles. I made a small hole in the top of the baubles so I could string them on a piece of Ribbon.
Silver Scripty Background
For the background, I embossed a piece of Whisper White cardstock with the Scripty 3D embossing folder. To highlight the raised parts of the embossed paper, I swiped the new Silver Shimmer Ink pad over the cardstock. If you are careful, only the raised parts take the silver ink.
Christmas Baubles on a Line
The baubles were strung on two pieces of ribbon. I adhered the ribbon diagonally over the piece of embossed paper, and attached the baubles in place on the ribbon with some gluedots. I stuck some mini dimensionals under the baubles to adhere them with dimsion on the card.
I silver heatembossed the sentiment on a strip of Whisper white cardstock and also adhered it with dimensionals on the card. I matted the card with a piece of Night of Navy cardstock and adhered it on an Whisper White Thick cardbase.
I love how simpel and stylish this Christmas Card is.
