Father’s Day Card
Tomorrow is Father’s Day and I think the Bloom Where You’re Planted is great for making a Father’s Day card.
I wanted to make a card that is pretty when it stands right up. After finding some inspiration on Pinterest, I decided to just go for it. I cut two card bases in Evening Evergreen and scored in de middle. For one of the pieces I scored the two panels in the middle again. After folding this panel I used my trimmer to cut out a rectangle. When you open the panel you have a perfect rectangle window in the middel. I adhered the two outer panels to the other card base and my construction is done.
All that I had to do now was decorate the card. The Bloom Where You’re Planted dsp looks beautiful on the inside panels. I stamped and die-cut a lot of plants and pots and of course some macrame plant hangers.
For the front I used the beautiful macrame 3D embossing folder to create a textured background. I used a piece of paper lattice to hang one of the plants.
I hope my dad likes the card and that it will look nice in his apartment.

Hij was er ook erg blij mee ?
